Overview
Tax solutions by MFT combine tax configuration inside Odoo (Egyptian ETA e-invoicing and e-receipts, Saudi ZATCA phase two, VAT and withholding tax) with automated checks that read every invoice and entry read-only, with results signed off by licensed accountants. It is a full managed service: we prepare the reconciliations, working papers and tax-file readiness, then file the tax returns on your company’s behalf, supervised by a qualified accountant at every stage.
Most tax differences only surface at inspection: an e-invoice never submitted or rejected, tax on an invoice that does not match its entry, a supplier with no tax withheld, a VAT return that does not match the books. So we start with the setup itself: Odoo taxes per entity, item codes, customer and supplier registration data, invoice sequences and lock dates, configured by accountants, not just developers.
SEG Audit then reads all of your books, not a sample, and runs specific tax checks: ETA submission status or ZATCA clearance and reporting, output and input VAT reconciled to the return, tax differences between invoice and entry, supplier bills with no tax withheld, the zakat base, and tax-file readiness. The figures are computed from your books with fixed rules, and AI calculates no tax: it drafts the explanation of each finding and the proposed fix, and an MFT accountant approves it before it reaches you. Once you approve the reconciliation, we file the return on the official portal under your company’s authorisation and keep the filed return and proof of submission on your file.

Who it is for
Companies running Odoo in Egypt and Saudi Arabia ahead of a tax inspection or after e-invoicing goes live, and finance teams that still prepare returns by hand from spreadsheets.
