Modern Financial Technology is a company specializing in internal auditing, financial consulting, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation. We help companies build robust financial systems, improve internal controls, and generate accurate financial reports that support informed decision-making.
We are currently seeking an accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting accuracy, analytical skills, and experience working within an ERP and accounting systems environment. The accountant's role will involve monitoring daily operations, supporting financial reporting, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the financial system.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute audit engagements in accordance with approved audit plans.
- Work with ERP systems, preferably Odoo ERP, during audit engagements.
- Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Review financial records, accounts, and supporting documentation.
- Understand the accounting cycle.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
- Knowledge of accounting software, especially Odoo.
- Ability to write reports with clarity, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Proven experience as a Senior Auditor.
- Hands-on experience with financial statements and tax reviews.
Nice to have
- Good communication with different departments.
- Patience and calmness.
- Previous experience auditing ERP-based environments.
- High analytical skills and professional certifications are preferred.
- A valid driving license is preferred due to working outside the office sometimes.
