Achieve sales targets by communicating with potential clients through phone and digital channels, professionally presenting company services, and converting qualified leads into successful business deals.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients (leads) via phone and digital channels.
- Present company services (Odoo ERP, Internal Audit, Accounting & Financial Consulting) professionally.
- Understand customer needs and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects until closing the deal.
- Update customer data and opportunities accurately on the CRM system.
Must Have
- Previous experience in Tele Sales or Inside Sales (B2B preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, opportunities, and conversion rates.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Odoo ERP or similar systems.
- English language proficiency.
- Experience in handling objections and complex client requirements.
- Strong analytical skills
- Basic understanding of accounting or business processes.
